on referral from the veterinary surgeon normally responsible
for the care of your animal. If you would like to arrange
for a referral, please print out the following contact
details and discuss this with your usual vet.
We are
sorry, but we are unable to answer questions about your pet until we have received its clinical records from your vet, and performed a physical examination.
